CNC routers. Since the beginning of the 80’s FAPIL has designed tools for CNC
machining centers also with the support of one of the leading manufacturers of
numerically controlled machining centers.Over the years FAPIL has developed a
wider and wider range of standard stock products, both for routing and drilling
operations. The range of CNC tools developed by FAPIL varies from a line of
Carbide Tip Router Bits for drilling operations with the possibility of special
drill bits with double diameter, drill bit holders, and counter-sinkers. A line
of Standard and Special Custom Profile Cutters (braze-welded). A line of Solid
Carbide Twist Router Bits and a line of Insert Router Cutters. In the specific
need of roughing machinings, FAPIL offers three different solutions of tools to
obtain the best possible performance from every machining: braze-welded cutters
with chip-breakers, solid carbide twist router cutters and insert router tools.
FAPIL has successfully developed a line of CNC router cutters with
interchangeable inserts able to perform complex machining.
